When will I receive my order?

Each mat is cut by hand and made to order. All orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery (anticipate an additional 1 week for framed orders). 

For pre-orders, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. 

All customers will receive an email confirmation once your order is in the post and on it's way to your address.

Do you rush orders?

If your order is time-sensitive (a birthday, anniversary or other specific date you'd like to receive your piece by), please contact me. I'll work to accomodate your wishes on a case by case basis - please understand I can't rush all orders. Additional fees may apply.

What type of matboard is used?

The highest-quality museum matboard is used for the unframed, matted prints. All components of this premium matboard are archival quality - buffered, 100% acid-free and lignin-free.

Framebridge uses the highest-quality conservation matboard for the framed, matted prints.

Do you charge sales tax?

I'm not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of South Carolina. For all South Carolina orders a sales tax of 7% does apply.

Is my transaction secure?

I will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 128-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Do you do custom sizes?

At this time, I'm not able to fulfill custom-sized print orders.

What is your return policy?

Since all prints are made to order, returns are not accepted. However, if your print (unframed or framed) arrives in damaged condition, please notify me within 7 days of arrival. 

Framed prints are subject to Framebridge's return policy; therefore, if for any reason you're not satisfied with the final framed product you receive, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your framed are and I will assist you in contacting one of Framebridge's Design Experts to reframe your piece to your satisfaction.
